Refunds and Cancellation Policy
We, at Pure by Priyanka are available to assist you Monday to Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM IST. For any refund related assistance, please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
All the refunds are subjected to the following terms and conditions:
- Damaged products: If you receive a product which is damaged, please do not open the AirTight Cushion and report with images at our email address email@example.com 7 days of delivery. No refunds are accepted if the airtight cushion is open.
- Incorrect Products: In the case of products received which are not ordered by you, please do not open the airtight cushion and drop us an email with images of incorrect products within 7 days. Once we receive the wrong product, we will dispatch the actual product. Pure by Priyanka will be borne the delivery charges for receiving the incorrect merchandise and shipping the actual product.
- No returns are accepted in case the customer does not like the order products. The product packaging and online description contain all fundamental details that are required for selecting a product. Read the description carefully to know about the product.
- Any cancellation of COD after the COD approval if refused by the customer then it will result in restricting the customer from placing any orders for next 30 days .
- No cancellations are accepted, and refunds are issued once the order is dispatched.
- No refunds are issued if the packaging of the product is different from the images shown on the website.
