Shipping Policy
All orders are safely packed and dispatched via premium services like BlueDart/FedEx, Xpress Bee, Delivery Express, Shadowfax/Speed Post, and Delhi Standard.
We are now accepting cash on delivery (COD).
Orders, once dispatched, cannot be cancelled or replaced.
All our orders are dispatched from our central hub located in Delhi and take the following days to be delivered:
- Within Delhi NCR (2 days)
- Pan India except for Delhi NCR (5 days)
- International (10 days)
Please note that actual delivery time may vary due to COVID-19 restrictions.
We offer free shipping on orders above 1500 INR. For orders below 1500 INR, the following are the applicable charges:
- Within Delhi NCR: INR 50
- Pan India, except Delhi NCR: INR 80
- International: International shipping charges may vary as per the weight. (Free International Shipping on orders above net value of 15000 INR)
- Please write to us at info@purebypriyanka.com to get the shipping charges for your international order.
We request you to accept the delivery personally. Upon unavailability, please coordinate with the delivery team.
We recommend you not accept the delivery of the package if it is tampered with or broken or there are signs of spillage or leakage.
If the products received are damaged or broken, or the order is missing products, please do not open the sealed pack and share the images of the products on our email address info@purebypriyanka.com.
All the damaged or broken products shall be replaced with the new ones made within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days of delivery, Pure by Priyanka is not liable for any claims related to exchange, damages, or incomplete delivery.
If there is any concern related to the product, the respective product has to be couriered back to us at the address B 71, 1st floor, Anand Vihar, Delhi 110092, mob. no. 8384060422, where the courier charges will be borne by the client, where PureByPriyanka is not liable to pay the courier charges.
Please note, a COD order is only dispatched after you confirm the order by responding accordingly to our call/SMS post checkout. Once you confirm an order, the courier cannot be denied and has to be accepted, whatever the reason may be.
